Pre Construction Services

  • Assist the Owner through all phases of the Design Development Process
  • Oversee and Manage the Architectural and Design Team
  • Conduct regular Owner, Architect and Contractor (OAC) meetings
  • Establish a Critical Path Schedule with “MUST MEET” milestones
  • Schedule a “Preliminary Review” meeting with the city or municipality
  • Provide a complete detailed “In-House” budgetary Cost Estimate Summary.
  • Provide qualified subcontractor budget estimates
  • Review and select subcontractor value engineering and alternate bid options
  • Select specialty contractors and integrate any owner-supplied options
  • Provide a Construction Schedule (CPM) with subcontractor input
  • Verify final scope of work and identify general conditions
  • Provide overall final budget analysis
  • Prepare building Permit Applications for submittal
  • Present overall project scope, schedule and budget to Owner
